Shipping policy

Same day shipping for orders placed before 1 pm Pacific Standard time. Afternoon and evening orders will ship the following morning. Orders are processed 24 hours a day. Shipping is Monday-Friday except major holidays.

  • We ship Monday thru Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • If you have received an email saying your order was dropped, that means it is on the dock waiting for UPS or USPS pickup. UPS pickup is typically between 5 and 5:30 pm PST. USPS pickup is usually between 2:30 and 4:30pm.With some shipments UPS or USPS will sometimes not scan until the package arrives at the main Hub between 8 and 9pm PST.
  • Sierra Mountain Soap LLC is not responsible for any refunds for damaged packages or late shipments or wrong address deliveries
  • Customers are responsible for opening a claim with UPS or USPS. 
  • No orders are guaranteed to ship same day but every attempt is made.
  • Sierra Mountain Soap LLC is in PST and our shipping guarantees are based strictly off of that. For example if a customer places an order at 2:00pm PST, that order will not ship until the next day. No exceptions.

  • If a package is late or missing, please contact UPS or USPS FIRST.  We only have the same information that is available to the customer.

Legal Terms

  • By making a purchase from Sierra Mountain Soap LLC, buyer acknowledges they have read through and agree to all legal terms and policies.

    Buyer acknowledges use of the raw ingredient purchased, is at buyer’s sole risk. Buyer acknowledges by purchasing any of Sierra Mountain Soap LLC is strictly for product use and customer owns their own business in which the product is being used for. The raw ingredient is without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or course of performance. The agricultural products purchased may contain foreign materials as permissible under the FDA and USDA standards. Raw seeds are not pasteurized and may contain pathogenic microorganisms. This product is sold with the intent for Bakery use for human consumption, or crafting purposes. Sierra Mountain Soap LLC and it’s vendors and those associated cannot be held responsible for any other purpose or any issues resulting from buyer’s negligence.

    Buyer & associated parties agrees in no event it shall hold Sierra Mountain Soap LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, to be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the raw ingredients.

    Buyer & associated parties agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, vendors, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of misuse and access of the product, by you or any person using your account and password.

Product Use Policy

UK POPPY SEED

Warning: Contains unwashed poppy seeds, which may naturally contain alkaloid / opioid residue, including morphine and codeine. Most opioid residue can be removed by adequate washing of the seeds. Prepare poppy seeds for baking or crafting soap by thoroughly washing seeds in very hot liquid (140°F) disposing of the liquid, baking the seeds at 400°F to dry, and grinding the seeds. Do not ingest poppy seed wash or tea made from unwashed poppy seeds; ingestion is dangerous and may be fatal. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
Consumer/Purchaser assumes all risks associated with off label use. Seller is not responsible for any health risks or problems from off label use.  If a consumer is found to be using product for any use other than that of baking and/or crafts, purchaser’s email, phone number, name, and IP address will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM SIERRA MOUNTAIN SOAP. There will be ZERO exceptions made.
